Shipping Policy

Where We Ship From
Most Caraura products ship directly from our supplier network in China. This allows us to offer a wider selection at better prices, though it does mean shipping takes longer than a local warehouse.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on your location and customs processing. We know that's longer than many stores advertise — we'd rather tell you the truth upfront than promise "fast shipping" and disappoint you.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Depending on your country, you may be responsible for customs duties or import fees upon delivery. These are set by your local government and are not included in your order total. Caraura has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount — please check with your country's customs office if you're unsure what to expect.

Delays
Occasionally, customs processing or high demand can delay delivery beyond the estimated window. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@caraura.store with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.
